WPC PVC Foam board lines from QINGDAO SANYI, China.

Qingdao Sanyi Plastic Machinery Company Limited from Qingdao, China was established in the year 2006. With a multifaceted set ups for technology, manufacturing, research and development, production and Sales, Sanyi is a known player from China, dedicated to PVC foam sheet lines.

They started manufacturing PVC foam board production line in 2007. Within a short time it bought out Hangzhou KeDi Decoration Co., ltd. PVC foam board belongs to a new satisfied green sheet which can replace wood sheet and Sanyi became a professional manufacturer of PVC foam board machines. Recently company has started making SPC PVC flooring machine lines as well.

WPC Solid window Shutter profile for typical openable windows

WPC + LVL Door frame lines from HEGU, China.

Being a professional manufacturer of WPC machines from China, HEGU from Qingdao is launching low cost and high quality WPC+LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) door frames by Co-extrusion technology. It is claimed to be a more stable product than solid WPC Door frames by HEGU. A few characteristics of Solid WPC Door frames like heavy weight and higher cost can be controlled with this WPC LVL technology.

As informed by company, the inner core of the profile can be LVL wooden, MDF profile, Aluminum Profile or a steel post and the outer layer can be WPC or uPVC with 4-5mm thickness, as shown in the schematic diagram here.

Solid WPC door frames during the extrusion process foams from inside, which becomes difficult to control sometimes. In case of WPC+LVL door frame the inner core size is fixed and it is fed continuously to the extrusion. It becomes easy for machine operators to control the product quality and overall dimension. Also the 4-5mm outer WPC layer becomes easy to be controlled by the die and calibrators. So the production defective rate remains very low.

For the Solid WPC door frame cooling is very important and difficult as well from inside. Even if you increase the length of a calibrator and water tank you have to maintain the production speed at a limit of 0.3-0.5 mtr/min because of the higher thickness of the profile and higher temperature inside the product. If temperature is not controlled effectively, chances of product deformation remains after production.

For the WPC+LVL door frame, the inner is LVL core which remains at normal temperature and shall only need to be heated at the surface before feeding to the extrusion line. WPC layer is of only 4-5mm thickness, so the complete product can be easily cooled down by the calibrators and the water tank. In this case production speed also can be maintained at 0.5-0.8m/min, without product deformation.

Solid WPC Door frame is purely a Polymer foam with wood content, thus product of low density can face problem of screw holding. For the WPC+LVL door frame, the inner is high density Laminated Veneer Lumber which has advantage of high strength, high toughness, and resistant of fatigue failure caused by periodic stress and thus high nail/screw holding strength.

WPC GAZEBO

Gazebos have been fixtures in gardens for centuries, originally called summerhouses, screen houses, kiosks, pavilions, pergolas, arbors, grottos, or pagodas, the existence of gazebos has been traced to the earliest gardens.

Gazebos were common in Egyptian gardens 5,000 years ago and members of royalty were the first to have them. The structures were also popular in ancient Rome and Pompeii.

China’s gazebos were also quite elaborate, while those in Japan, often called teahouses, were used in conjunction with the revered Tea Ceremonies, and were the places to rest, get in touch with one’s spiritual side, and absorb the beauty of the garden. During the Renaissance, gazebos became popular in the gardens of monasteries, as shrines and places of meditation. During the late 1700’s, England and other parts of Europe got caught up in a craze for Chinese-style summerhouses, which began popping up in gardens everywhere.

All above conventional gazebos were being made especially with natural wood that needs periodical maintenance. Construction wise, A WPC Gazebo is developed with Pillars, Rafters, Roof covering profiles, Deck floors, Fencing, Designer Grills, Lamp posts and rest benches. WPC Glass House

WPC GLASS HOUSE – Sit – Relax – Enjoy ‘Monsoon’ on River Side

WPC exterior grade products are direct replacement of natural wood. Made with polyethylene or polypropylene resins in composition with wood powder – creates high density wood alike profiles for different applications. As shown in the image HARDYPLAST recently supplied a project with all WPC products including WPC Pergolas, WPC Gazebo, WPC Deck floors, WPC wall cladding, WPC fencing walls, WPC ceiling and artificial garden all around.

A WPC glass house was installed with a total combination of WPC product varieties. Entire installation was made on 13th floor terrace of Iscon River side on Sabarmati Riverfront, Ahmedabad.

Designed the Glass house in such a way that it’s 3 sides are installed with hardened glass to give a view open to sky. One can see a long river stretch and river front sitting inside over a sofa. Inside ceiling is completely built up in a traditional aesthetic, where WPC wall cladding is mounted in a reverse manner giving a village home look.

Back wall is mounted with WPC fencing wall on MS structure and it is fixed with an air conditioner to keep cool the interior. Ceiling is mounted with decorative lanterns to give utility an exotic look. Indian seatings are placed inside for a leisure sitting to enjoy the river view. Entire structure is designed and built up specially for Monsoon season.

WPC PERGOLA

Pergolas are popularly known across the world for its unique identity with luxurious landscaping. It involves Pillars and Rafters (as beams) as major components. Pergolas with beautiful installations added with seating, green hanging planters and flowers creates real views of nature.

For villas, gardens, colony plots, restaurants, tea posts, road side refreshment areas Pergolas are becoming favorite because of its woody look. Made with wood and polymer with different surfaces like ‘sanded’ or ‘brushed’ or ’embossed’ pergolas are perfect replacement of conventional wooden structures. It is available in customized wood alike colours.

Standard size format comes in 10 ft x 10 ft, with or without benches and with or without WPC Flooring. This format can be multiplied with more such units for longer installations. Pergolas can be designed as glass houses also.
